Processing, Shipping & Returns Policy

  • Processing: Every piece at Embrace Motif is hand customized per each individual order, which takes time and attention to every itty-bitty detail, to ensure your dainty, durable, minimal yet powerful piece properly marks a memorable time in your journey.  With that said, please allow 4-6 business days for your order to process, customize and ship.  [Note - new launches, sales and holidays could result in an additional 2-3 business days of processing, customizing and shipping.]  
  • Shipping: Embrace Motif will always warrant the receipt of your package; however, shipping delays, lost or damaged package we are not responsible for.  During checkout, select the USPS shipping option that fits your urgency needs best.  Also, please double and triple check the address as you complete the checkout process.  Once your package has shipped, please refer directly to USPS for shipping updates. We will be anxiously awaiting the excitement of you receiving...so please keep us posted at contactem@embracemotif.com if you're package is unusually delayed.  We can't make promises but will try to help!
  • Returns/Exchanges: 30-day return or exchange policy.  Products must NOT be worn or used for a successful return or exchange.  Please note, customized stamped pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.  For a successful return/exchange request, submit a return/exchange email to contactem@embracemotif.com subject titled: Return/Exchange and your order number.  In the body of the email, please give a detailed description for your reason for return/exchange and include your order number once more.  Please allow 2-3 business days for response via email...and up to 14 days for shipping of exchanged item or purchase cost.  Please note, shipping is not included in return policy reimbursement.  Customer is responsible for covering the cost of return/exchange shipping.  If you're looking for an email from Embrace, keep an eye on your junk folder.  If you still haven't received a response, please message us on social media!
